Changelog¶
1.0.0¶
First release.
- A staging site cannot email your customers: WordPress's email is stopped and reported as sent, the common mailers and email services are covered, and the plugin names any it cannot stop.
- Stripe, PayPal Standard, PayPal Payments, Mollie, Square, Authorize.Net and POLi run in test mode on a staging site, without saving anything.
- Scheduled tasks and Action Scheduler pause, WooCommerce Subscriptions renewals are not charged and WooCommerce webhooks are not delivered.
- Requests to the live site are refused.
- Search engines are asked not to list a staging site.
- A label in the admin bar shows which site you are on.
- The Status tab's self-test shows whether each protection works; on the live site, "What would a staging site do?" runs the same test without changing anything.
- The Activity tab lists what was stopped, with addresses partly hidden.
- WP-CLI:
